Which payment methods and currency does JOVIS THE STUDIO accept?
We accept payment methods using Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB. We process all transactions in EUR.

JOVIS THE STUDIO ships worldwide from the Bucharest, Romania, with free international shipping and returns.
How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
We prepare and dispatch in 1-3 working days. Delivery times vary between regions however will normally be received within 1 to 2 business days. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping reference to track the status of your delivery.
Will I have to pay duties?
EU
We ship directly from the Bucharest, Romania. No duties will be charged when shipping within the EU.
Rest of World
For all other countries outside the EU you have the option to pay the courier directly on delivery.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.
Which size should I order if I am between sizes?
JOVIS THE STUDIO clothing fit true to size. Due to French sizing, our clothing items run slightly small, so if you are between sizes, we recommend selecting one size up. Please check the size guide within the product information for specific advice on your preferred style.

Can I use two discount codes at checkout
Only one discount code can be used for each purchase. We suggest you apply the discount code with the highest value or which expires the earliest and save the other for your next purchase.
What if an item is out of stock?
