As part of our commitment to provide great service to our customers across the world we offer complimentary express shipping, exchanges and returns on all orders.
Please allow 3-5 working days to prepare the order. If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched within one working day.

Returns

Returning an item couldn't be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you may return items within 14 days. Please note, a RAN number must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address. Standard shipping, exchanges and returns are always free.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all JOVIS THE STUDIO packaging included. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Please note we accept one exchange shipment per purchase. Subsequent exchanges will be subject to shipping charges of 30EUR per item.

Custom Duties

Europe
We ship directly from Romania. No duties will be charged when shipping within the EU.

Rest of World
For all other countries outside the EU, you have the option to pay directly to the courier on delivery.

Refund processing

Your refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by JOVIS THE STUDIO. However please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

We are unable to refund any applicable taxes or duties on returned items.
